“She’s really like a big sister to me,” Selena Gomez said about her close bond with 14-time Grammy winner Taylor Swift. In her recent Vanity Fair interview, the Fetish singer opened up about their friendship, sharing that they often dive into the latest Vanderpump Rules drama.
Gomez revealed that they frequently chat about the reality show’s most recent episodes. “I’m watching The Valley now,” the Single Soon artist said, referring to the spinoff series. “I’ve seen every episode of Vanderpump, so I don’t care if it’s bad!”
In another part of the interview, Gomez disclosed that she doesn’t have immediate plans to release new music, aside from a few tracks recorded for her upcoming film Emilia Pérez. The songs were written by French singer Camille and composer Clément Ducol.
“I don’t know if I’m ready, you know?” Gomez admitted. “It’s a vulnerable space. Acting has always been my first love. Music started as a hobby that spiraled out of control.”
Despite this, she reassured fans that music remains a core part of her identity. “I’m not going anywhere,” Gomez said. “I’m just not ready yet.”
