This sweet moment was a delightful cameo during one of Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty promotional videos.
Known for dressing her children in stylish outfits, Rihanna didn’t disappoint—Riot sported a chic grey sweatsuit, with his diaper playfully peeking out as he made his way across the floor. The “We Found Love” singer also shared a photo of herself posing next to the mini cart filled with travel-sized Fenty Beauty products. She captioned the post with a tease: “More minis are on the way to @ultabeauty in @target.”
This heartwarming update comes shortly after Rihanna dazzled fans at the Crop Over Festival in her native Barbados, where she wore a stunning carnival outfit adorned with colorful feathered wings. Prior to that, she was spotted at Yankee Stadium watching a Manchester City match against AC Milan, where she met stars like Christian Pulisic, Jack Grealish, and Yunus Musah. In a humorous twist, a young fan at the game mistook Rihanna for a regular bystander, asking her to take a photo of him with the soccer players, seemingly unaware that the woman before him was a billionaire and a nine-time Grammy winner.
Some fans joked that Rihanna’s absence from the music scene—she hasn’t released an album in eight years—might be why younger generations aren’t as familiar with her. The singer herself addressed this with humor in a message to rapper GloRilla, which the “TGIF” artist shared on Instagram in July. In it, Rihanna joked, “I know this is wild hypothetical, but when the album drop?”
As for new music, Rihanna has been tight-lipped about her long-awaited ninth album, the follow-up to 2016’s Anti. In June, she sparked a stir when she was spotted wearing a T-shirt that read, “I’m Retired,” but she quickly reassured fans that she was just playing around. “I’m not retired.
